Thai Style Bbq Pork

This Thai BBQ Pork is inspired by the street vendors that sell them as skewered bites of bliss at all times of the day. Normally served as grilled satay (moo satay) with a bag of sticky rice, in this video we recreate one of our favorite snacks and cravings from our trip to Thailand. It’s so delicious, sweet and smokey and it also has that fun element of eating with your hands!
